Whether in training or not I take a couple supplements.
When not in training I take Nature's Way multivitamin twice a day, Cod Liver & Fish Oil twice a day and Apple Cider Vinegar and blackstrap molasses once a day.
When in training I take the same as above except Cod Liver Oil at least 3 times (max 6) and I am in the process of getting some Freeze Dried Liver Capsules delivered.
