If you're a Spartan you would be familiar with intense Anaerobic programs in your training. For those who aren't as familiar it's more performing strength related tasks over short to medium periods of time. i.e a boxer may use a barbell manouvere to 'punch' weight over 3min intervals or rotate shoulder presses with bursts on the heavy bag for set intervals. Again it might be a program from an older work out routine or one you intend to include in your current training schedule. Try to be as detailed and specific as possible.
